Joint-Stock Company “Insurance company “ТАS” is one of the leading and most authoritative insurance companies in Ukraine which offers the clients a wide spectrum of modern programs of life insurance together with high quality professional service.

The JSC “Insurance company “TAS” is the assignee of Insurance company “PryvatPolis” which was registered on May 6, 2000, and received the License of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine No. 4 of 07.20.2000 for insurance activity in the form of voluntary life insurance.

On April 24, 2001 the company was been re-registered with the new name of the Insurance company “ТАS”, and received the new License of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, series АА 011429 for insurance activity in the form of voluntary life insurance on May 29, 2001.

On July 18, 2003 the Joint-Stock Company “Insurance company “ТАS” received the License from the State Committee for Regulation of Financial Services Markets of Ukraine, series AA No. 520052 for insurance activity in the form of voluntary life insurance with unlimited term. The license was issued in conformity with article 38 of the Law of Ukraine “On Insurance”. The new license entered into effect on 7.19.2003.

Since 2001 the Insurance company “ТАS” is a part of Financial Group “TAS” together with Insurance group “ТАS”, Insurance Company “TAS-CAPITAL”, JSCB “ТАS-Komerzbank” and Joint-Stock Company “TAS-Investbank”.

Since June 2001 the Insurance company “TAS” is the member of League of Insurance Organization of Ukraine.
