September, 30 - A contract was signed for provision of insurance agency services with “East Broker” LLC

August, 8 - A contract was signed for provision of insurance agency services with LLC “MEGA POLIS” Corporation”

July, 19 - A new licence was issued by the State Committee for Regulation of Financial Services Markets of Ukraine Series AA No. 520052 to conduct the insurance activity in the form of voluntary life insurance with unlimited term 

July, 1 - Authorised fund of the JSC “Insurance company “TAS” was increased to UAH 11 254.089 thousand

October, 15 - JSC “Insurance Company “TAS” was given an opportunity to conduct quality professional underwriting under life insurance policies as well as accompanying of clients of the insurance company in case of insurance event using the base of the new strategic partner of “TAS” Financial group –  “TAS – Family medicine clinic” 

September, 18 - Authorised fund of the CJSC “Insurance Company “TAS” was increased to UAH 5 463.150 thousand

January, 24 - The agreement was concluded with “Samson” Insurance Brokerage house” LLC on insurance agent services

2001

October, 22 - The Insurance Company "TAS" paid the first insurance benefit under the life insurance contract

July - Active realisation of the life insurance programs starts

June, 21 - The Insurance Company "TAS" joined the League of insurance organizations of Ukraine

May, 15 - The reinsurance treaty was signed with Munich Reinsurance Company (Munich Re) – generally renowned world reinsurance leader

April, 29 - The CJSC "Insurance Company "TAS" obtained the new License from the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (Series AA No.011429) to conduct the insurance activity in the form of voluntary life insurance

April, 24 - The CJSC "Insurance Company "PryvatPolis" was re-registered under the new name - the Closed Joint Stock Company "Insurance Company "TAS"

April, 17 - "AssisTAS" Ltd. was established  and the Company concluded with it the agreement on insurance agent services

2000

July, 20 - The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine issued License No. 4 for the insurance activity in the form of voluntary life insurance
