LLC "AssisTas" was created on April 17, 2001, and the Insurance company "ТАS" concluded with it the contract on insurance agency services. LLC "AssisTas" carries out activities using the MLM system (multilevel marketing) which is the most progressive and productive system of goods and services promotion the in the world. On January 24, 2002 the contract on insurance agency services was concluded with the LLC “Insurance broker house “SAMSON”.

On August 8, 2003 the contract on insurance agency services was concluded with the LLC "Financial supermarket " MEGA-POLIS”.

On September 30, 2003 the contract on insurance agency services was concluded with the LLC "East Broker".

On December 12, 2003 a contract about providing an insurance agency services was concluded with the LLC “Invest International”.
